Kenneth Johnson was born on 13 July 1963 in Vermont. He is a former champion arm wrestler. He is sports enthusiast and an athlete who has participated in motorcycling, golf, snowmobile race, horse riding, boxing and skiing. Apart from this he also played football and baseball while studying at Connecticut University and suffered from a cracked vertebrae injury during that time. He is diagnosed to be suffering from dyslexia. He is married to Cathleen Oveson since December 2005 and the couple is expecting their first child.

Kenny started his career with modeling and also made commercials in the starting days of his career. He appeared in minor roles in many TV shows like ‘Family matters’, ‘Grace Under Fire‘, ‘Caroline In The City’, ‘Sliders‘, ‘Just Shoot Me’, etc. He appeared in the first ‘Blade‘ for several minutes as “Heatseeking Denis” (1998). Then he appeared in one episode of ‘Smallville‘ (2005). His films include ‘Desolation Canyon (2006) and ‘Zzyzx‘ (2005). He also acted in the TV series ‘The Shield’. He originally was auditioned for the role of “Terry Crowley” but later on the role was given to Reed Diamond. The character of “Lem‘ was especially created for him. He had a recurring role in ‘Cold Case‘ and currently he can be seen playing the role of one of the main characters in Saving Grace.
